Clara — One-of-a-Kind Ghost Art Doll

Drifting in lace and memory, she lingers quietly in the room…

Meet Clara, a ghostly vision handcrafted in my Stratford, Ontario studio. She is stitched from heirloom-inspired textiles, layered in delicate white lace, and mounted on a vintage-style candlestick base—giving her a graceful, statuesque presence.

Her soft-sculpted face is carefully shaped with needle and thread, then brought to life with subtle layers of pastel, pencil, paint, and marker. Her pale expression, framed by a trailing lace veil and finished with an antique-style pendant, captures a quiet sorrow that feels almost real.

Clara measures approximately 21" tall, 12" deep, and 10" wide, and is weighted securely to stand with ease. She’s stuffed with natural sheep’s wool for a timeless, heirloom feel.

This design is based on the Dearly Departed pattern by Arley Berryhill, but Clara is a fully original, one-of-a-kind creation—painted, stitched, and styled by me, Tina Logassi.
