A Note About Delivery Times
Delivery times are Canada Post estimates and are measured in business days, beginning the business day after your parcel is mailed. Weekends and statutory holidays are not included.
These delivery estimates are transit times only and do not include the time needed for me to prepare and pack your order here at the Studio.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and circumstances affecting Canada Post's network.

Dispatch: I ship several times a week. Assume a 1-4 business day turnaround from when I receive an order to when I ship.
Items shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, UPS and alternate couriers, always with tracking.
USA
Items ship via alternate couriers that are affiliated with USPS. Every item shipped comes with a tracking number. I am limited with which company I ship with due to USMCA compliancy. Unless it's a busy holiday time, packages usually arrive in 1-2 weeks. Around Christmas you need to allow up to one month!
Australia & New Zealand
Overseas: Items ship via Canada Post, tracked. Typical overseas parcels can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive!
Other Countries
