Shipping policy

Canadian flat rate shipping unlocks on orders over $75

Once your order reaches $75, you’ll see a few lovely new shipping options appear at checkout — including discounted flat rates for many Canadian addresses, especially in more densely populated areas.

These rates are calculated by postal code and most often ship via Chit Chats courier, which helps keep postage kinder on both of us.

Rates vary by destination and parcel size. Remote and rural routes may differ slightly.

Dispatch:  I ship once a week (Wednesday or Thursday), and during the busy fall/winter I ship 1-2 times a week.  Assume a 1-4 business day turnaround from when I receive an order to when I ship.

 All shipping is based on weight, sometimes there is an error in rate calculations, those are refunded at the time of processing.  If you would like a custom calculation for your parcel, please contact me.

Canada

Items shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, UPS and alternate couriers, always with tracking.

USA

Items ship via alternate couriers that are affiliated with USPS.  Every item shipped comes with a tracking number.  I am limited with which company I ship with due to USMCA compliancy.  Unless it's a busy holiday time, packages usually arrive in 1-2 weeks.  Around Christmas you need to allow up to one month!

 

Australia & New Zealand

Overseas:  Items ship via NL Post, tracked. Typical overseas parcels can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive!

 

Other Countries

Due to VAT and EU requirements I cannot currently ship to these countries via my website at this time.  For the time being, please visit www.etsy.com/ca/shop/PrimHeirloomDesigns to shop!

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE WITHIN 6 WEEKS?  Please contact me and we can figure this out!  It doesn't happen often but once in a while a package gets waylaid, so please don't hesitate to contact me!
