Refund policy


Most important thing - contact me right away (tina@primheirloomdesigns.ca) if you have a problem with your order, I am here to make your shopping experience enjoyable and offer 100% customer satisfaction.

Return Policy

If the purchase was in complete error on your part, I do accept returns (in original condition) within 14 days of order being received.  However, I do not pay for you to dispatch back to me.  Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective I cannot accept returns for:

*Custom or personalized orders

*Digital downloads


Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund, please contact me within 14 days of order being received.  I treat this on a case-by-case basis, and will work with you until you are satisfied!


Cancellation Policy

I gladly accept all cancellations BEFORE an item has shipped!  Shipping generally takes place between 1-3 business days of receiving the order.  If you change your mind please contact me immediately as sometimes I ship as soon as next day.


Damage Policy

If the item arrives damaged, please contact me, I offer re-ships and refunds.  In some cases I may require a photo of how the item arrived.
